My nest thermostat won’t connect to my wife and to the heat link

The nest thermostat link won’t connect to my WiFi and to the heat link and it’s been like this for several months now, I have to switch my heater manually.

What do you see on the display at present, any error code?

Do you have any lights on the Heat Link if so what?
