My network is provided by Inviacom (Senior living facility private network) Can not connect Nest E

Inviacom provides a WiFi network for our senior living facility. Historically I've had to give Inviacom the MAC address for Kasa Smart plug & Amazon Fire stick. The Nest E does not provide a MAC address and neither Inviacom & our internal IT unit has been able to connect the Nest E to the WiFi .

Disregard - the plate on the wall is much different than the diagram in installation guide

From left to right Y,C,W > G,R,OB rather that users guide Y,C,W > G,R,OB

Back plate and Nest do not match
