Trying to connect my Google thermostat E to my phone, but it is stuck on the home screen. I have tried everything, rebooted 15 times held it down for 10 seconds, but every time it comes up with a picture of a phone with the home in the middle of it. I have the app, Bluetooth is on and right next to it, I have rebooted my router and absolutely nothing. Please help someone! Do I need a replacement? I even deleted the home/account and created a new one, still nothing!

Sorry to hear about your frozen Nest! I totally get the frustration behind all the steps you've taken to troubleshoot, but it's much appreciated. I'm happy to look into this for you.

Can you try out a factory reset of your device? This should wipe all personal data and network settings for your thermostat, allowing for a fresh install.

If you continue to run into issues with your device, you can reach out back here. Let us know how it goes!
