If the above steps don't reconnect your thermostat to the app, please provide the following details so I can further help out.
- Which model of thermostat do you have? (Nest Thermostat, E, or Learning)
- Are there any specific error codes you're receiving either on the display or in the Nest/Google Home app?
- Is your thermostat connected to the 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz WiFi band?
- How far in relation to the router is the thermostat placed?
- Is your Nest account migrated to your Google account?
