Hello  jenosborne9,

Thank you so much for posting in this community. I’m sorry to hear that your thermostat is not heating in your house, so don’t worry; I would be more than happy to help.

To provide you with accurate troubleshooting steps, please help me out by answering the following questions:

  • What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? For your reference check out this article: How to tell which Nest thermostat you have.
  • Is it a new installation?
  • Does the thermostat screen indicate that it’s actively calling for heating?
  • What type of furnace do you have? (gas, electric, etc.)
  • When did the heating last work?
  • Did you turn the HVAC system off?
  • Did you recently turn off any breakers?
  • Have you recently experienced a brownout or blackout?
  • Do you see an error code or notification displayed on your thermostat?
  • Did you select the correct fuel type?

If you have any more information that could be helpful, please let me know.

Best regards,

Daniel
