I have a Nest thermostat and l have had to replace the batteries twice because of low battery. I was wondering if the batteries are low or I can’t replace them in time, does the thermostat still function and keep the furnace working for heat or cool?
Thanks

I spoke with Google support and after going through a number of things, they said the unit might be faulty. Exchanges it for a Nest Learning thermostat. No problems and no worries. Thanks anyway.
