N260 error after installing Nest Power Connector

This should be easy as I have a radiant system with only R and W.

I got the N260 error and installed the Nest Power Connector, rebooted and re-set up and it was fine only for a few hours. Now a N260 error and intermittent WiFi cutting out.

My wiring setup is correct in the app as only R and W.

The Nest detects that there is a Nest Power Connector.

Vin 32.5V, Iin 385W, PS: W-385, WP-21 (testing a different time brought up WP-999)

Completely separately, can I only set routines with 3 possible temperatures (Comfort, Eco, Sleep)? I'd like at least 4.

Hypothetically, if there is a 2 hour lag between it turning on and it getting warm, will Nest try to match the temp by starting 2 hours earlier than my routine time?  If so, how many days should it take for it to calculate the actual lag?

If you were installing the Nest Power Connector and there's an N260 help code, confirm that the cover is closed on your HVAC equipment. There is often a safety switch that prevents operation with the cover removed.

If that is not the problem, does your system have a C terminal or are you using an external 24Vac transformer?

I am using the connection marked COM on the PCB that accepts the thermostat wires and has the relays that engage the radiant water pumps. The red and white are inline and connected with the Nest Power Connector. There is no safety switch and the case is closed nevertheless.

Here is a wiring diagram. Do you have it wired like it?

Yes. It seems it's stopped throwing the code, so maybe it was just moody for a day.

Hello there,

I wanted to ensure that everything was covered here.

Thanks for the help, @Patrick_Caezza.

@Henway, I appreciate the update. Also, you can try creating multiple scheduled temperatures, and an hour interval will do to help your system adjust and cool down before the next schedule. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Regards,

Mark

I think what happened is I fixed it and then there was a lag and an email many hours later notifying me it wasn't working though it had been fixed. probably. Thank you for checking in!
