Hi,
My heatlink has just stopped working suddenly, and we have no hot water...I have had an electrician around to check, he said this heatlink connection is fine and cable is producing power to the heatlink, but he has said the heatlink is not working or lighting up, we are unable to see a light or setup a connection to the nest. He said it most likely needs to be replaced.
Also I have had an email to say my heatlink is down, incredible.
What do I do know, as the unit is faulty and I had brought the item just under 2 years now, so I should have warranty?
