NEST not maintaining temperature

Set up new 4th Gen NEST and it's not maintaining set temperature,  have redone set up , have disabled ECO and now on manual to maintain a steady temperature. 

How does one fix this ?

Just installed a new NEST and it heats up more than set temperature,  I have disabled ECO and schedule mode. But,  yet unable to control the temperature

Thanks for reaching out to the community. I am sorry that you cannot control the temperature on your Nest thermostat; help is here. We appreciate all of your previous troubleshooting efforts. I need to know a few things about your thermostat in order to provide you with a better resolution.

• Does the thermostat display show any error codes or messages?
• Were you able to add the Nest thermostat to the app?
• How many Nest thermostats do you have?
• Is your thermostat connected to the network?
