Hello John4724,

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing connectivity issues with your Nest Thermostat and iPhones. To help you troubleshoot and resolve this problem, here are a few steps you can try:

  1. Ensure that your Nest Thermostat and iPhones are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. If there are any connectivity issues with your Wi-Fi, address them first.
  2. Restart your Nest Thermostat, iPhones, and the Wi-Fi router. After a few minutes, turn them back on. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connection problems.
  3. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Nest app on your iPhones. This can refresh the app and resolve any potential software glitches.
  4. Check the battery level in the Technical Info settings.
    1. If it drops to 3.7 volts, pull the thermostat display and charge it manually for an hour before plugging it back in to its base.
  5. Check that the thermostat is still connected to your Wi-Fi network.
  6. If the issue persists, remove the thermostat from the Nest app and follow these steps to unlink and relink your thermostat:
    1. Go to Reset settings > Account Connection > Reset to confirm.
    2. Once done, reconnect your thermostat manually to your Wi-Fi network.
    3. Proceed by adding it in the Nest app.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have more questions.

Best regards,
Mark
