Heat won’t turn off, I wired a two wire system first and it didn’t power the nest so I switched to 3 wire R W and C now it runs but dose not turn off.

I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you — let's see what's going on.

It appears that your thermostat is experiencing a power issue. To isolate:

• Is this a first-time installation?
• If you pull the Nest off of its base, does the boiler shut off?
• Has your HVAC system recently been changed or upgraded?
• When was the last maintenance check for your HVAC system?
• Please gather the power and wire info from the thermostat equipment settings.
