Hello
My nest has not been able to locate or connect to WiFi since sometime around August-September 2020. I was part of a thread back then but never got the issue resolved due to a number of things. I have just been working around it.
I have tried to reset the nest, reset the router, tried to connect to a hotspot, and enter the network manually. The error is “w5”. I’m on software 6.1-9. The model is 3.4.
I appreciate any help anyone can provide.
