If your thermostat wires have the labels RH, RC, Y1, G, and W1, any Nest thermostat will work with your system.
There seems to be a jumper wire between RH and RC. This jumper wire is not necessary, and you can insert the red wire in the RH terminal for a Nest Learning Thermostat and the R terminal for a Nest Thermostat, however, a Nest thermostat might require the installation of a C wire.
