Haven't had any problems till today with app. It shows my house then wants me to add product, when my thermostat us all ready added. I have called, done factory reset, restarted phone, reinstalled app, go to set up thermostat using qr code and it says thermostat is already linked to ur account. I need to know how to get the app to recognize thermostat. So I can adjust ac while at work. Sorry long winded hope it makes sense, thank for the help

Thanks for reaching out to us, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. Let's sort this out.
Please make sure that you are connected to the right account where your Nest Thermostat is added. Are you selecting Sign in with Google on the Nest app as you try to log in again? If yes, sign out of the account and select Sign in with Nest, which is found at the bottom of the Nest app screen.
