I’m confused with the W/E wires

You can ignore the jumper between the W/E terminal and the W2 terminal and just connect the White wire to the W2 or W terminals on the Nest and configure it as Aux Heat

Hey, can you tell me what wires go on the Nest, like where each wires need to be on, I can’t move on from the steps because it tells me to contact support

Give this wiring a try.
Black - C to C
Orange - O to OB or */OB
White - W2 to W2 or W (set as aux heat) (Jumper to W/E not needed)
Red - R to Rc or R
Green - G to G
Yellow - Y to Y1 or Y
The "or" is for the Google Nest Thermostat wiring
