Hi, I recently received an advance shipment of a replacement Nest Learning Thermostat and need to send back the defective unit. However, the return shipping label was not included in the shipment, and the support phone number printed on the enclosed documentation says it is no longer active (even though I just received the shipment a week ago).
Please advise.

I suppose you could try contacting Support using the link and instructions in this post:
It's too bad they did NOT enclose a return shipping label and DID enclose a non-working support phone number.

Hey everyone,
Thanks for posting here in the Community. The return shipping label is sent as a PDF file attached to the email about the replacement of your Nest device. If you scroll all the way to the bottom of the replacement email, there are two attachments that you can download and print.
