My original thermostat is a Honeywell TB8575A (24V system), for condo

My current wiring is as follows:
- R: 24 Vac power
- W/Y: W = Heating; Y = Cooling (2 pipe only)
- Y/A: Y = Cooling; A = Electrical heater output
- Gl: Low fan speed relay
- Gm: Medium fan speed relay
- Gh: High fan speed relay
- C: Common
- Sc: Ground (required if remote sensor, pipe sensor,
and/or remote setback are connected) - Ps: Pipe sensor (optional)
How do I set this up myself to have control over the multiple fan speeds? And since Nest doesn't support the Pipe sensor connection, how do I tell the thermostat when my building switches between heating and cooling?
