Need some advise on wiring (Honeywell TB8575A replacement)

Hi there,

My original thermostat is a Honeywell TB8575A (24V system), for condo

Manual: https://engineered-comfort.com/sites/engineered-comfort.com/files/documents/62-0278.pdf

My current wiring is as follows:

  • R: 24 Vac power
  • W/Y: W = Heating; Y = Cooling (2 pipe only)
  • Y/A: Y = Cooling; A = Electrical heater output
  • Gl: Low fan speed relay
  • Gm: Medium fan speed relay
  • Gh: High fan speed relay
  • C: Common
  • Sc: Ground (required if remote sensor, pipe sensor,
    and/or remote setback are connected)
  • Ps: Pipe sensor (optional)

How do I set this up myself to have control over the multiple fan speeds? And since Nest doesn't support the Pipe sensor connection, how do I tell the thermostat when my building switches between heating and cooling?
