Nest 3ed gen doesn't see any Wi-Fi networks

I have had the thermostat working with no issues for a while. About three weeks ago it disconnected from the nest and home app. Since then I have tried restarting first, with no luck, entering the SSID and WPA Key manually, and then resetting, It doesn't recognize any Wi-Fi signals at all. I do have other nest items in the house the work fine with my Wi-Fi.

Please let me know how to proceed.

Hey WDF,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delayed response. I also appreciate that you've tried these steps already.

A few questions ― are you getting a specific message or code on your thermostat display or Nest app when attempting to reconnect your Nest thermostat to any Wi-Fi networks? Is this the new Nest Thermostat or the 3rd generation Nest Learning Thermostat? Also, how many Wi-Fi networks had you tried connecting it to?

Best,
