Nest 3rd Generation Thermostat vs Quantumm Fiber vs Google Home App

I bought a new Nest Learning Thermostat that is working fine but i am having issues to connect in the Wi-Fi (QuantummFiber) and I can not connect it in my Google Home App. 

I follow the instructions to add a new device but nothing happen.

 

any idea or workaround?

Hello mfontenelle, 

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; we'll check this out. If you are using a Nest Learning Thermostat, you need to use the Nest app to set it up. But since you just use your WiFi network, you can update the WiFi settings on the Nest thermostat itself. Here is the link on how to change the Nest thermostat's Wi-Fi network.

thank you! When I try add the Nest Learning Thermostat scanning the QR code or manually entering the Key the thermostat can not connect in the Wi-Fi - and the only option is reset the thermostat. I nest app I have a message “Something went wrong” TD0063 (3.10)

Hey there,

Thanks for the information. I can honestly appreciate how annoying that must be. Since you have the option to reset the Nest thermostat, just a few questions:  What are the options when you select reset? Did you try to reset the Nest thermostat and connect it again on the Nest App? Aside from the Nest thermostat, do you have other Nest devices on your account?

I’ve already tried everything - all resets.

when I try to configure the thermostat with Nest App or Google Home App looks like it can not connect in the Wi-Fi.

 

No, this is the only Nest device in my house - I have  Blink, Sonos, etc and never had an issue to connect in my network. 

I started to think it could be an issue with my Thermostat.
