The thermostat is disconnected from the wifi this is the message I receive when checking the app on my iPhone.
I tried everything the troubleshooting section says: I replaced the battery, connected to a 24V common port to an outlet, restarted the thermostat several times, restarted the network several times, checked for interferences, wifi signal is 69% on the thermostat, my network says that the wifi signal to the thermostat is excellent. Every time it is disconnected, I go to the thermostat and check the network tab in the thermostat and it says connected and immediately the app on my iPhone shows connected. Then one, two or three hours later the app says disconnected again and stays like that for days until I go to the thermostat again to check the status of the network. I do not know what to do because obviously, the thermostat is working even without the connection but I want to use the app to check the status and I can't. Any help would be appreciated.
