Nest App for iPhone

I changed internet company and now I can not access the nest app from my iPhone

  • What is the iOS version?
  • What is the mobile app version?
  • What is your service provider?
  • What exactly is the issue you're experiencing with the app?
  • Is this the first time you are encountering this issue? 

While I gather more information, you can try the following steps: 

  1. Check Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure your iPhone is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network and has a strong signal.
  2. Update Nest App: Make sure you're using the latest version of the Nest app.
  3. Restart Devices: Power cycle your iPhone, router, and any Nest devices.
  4. Re-link Nest Devices: Unlink and relink your Nest devices in the Nest app.
