Nest App not showing both thermostats when trying to connect sensors

I am trying to add some sensors to my two Nest Thermostats, both E's. When going through the steps on the Nest app., when i get to which thermostat to add the sensor to it only shows the one downstairs, not the upstairs one that i want to connect it to.

Double check that both thermostats have the most current software level.

@mathewhollis, you might have added your other thermostat to a different structure in the Nest app or been associated with a different email account. Let's try these steps to verify:

 

  1. Open the Nest app and check for available home structures.
    1. Tap the drop-down arrow in the top-left corner.
    2. Select the other home address located below if there is one.
  2. if there are none. Go to your actual thermostat's Nest App settings.
  3. Check if it's connected. If so, a different account might be linked to it.
