I cannot sign back on in the Nest app on my iphone or ipad. I have uninstalled several times and turned off device. I tried to reset my password but it doesn't send an email to be rest. (I checked spam folder too) I am able to get to my Nest account on the computer, but it says to manage passwords I have to sign on the Nest app. Any ideas?

Are you absolutely sure you are using the same email (and password) on your iPhone and iPad to sign back into the Google Nest app that you are using on your computer to sign into the home.nest.com website?
