My nest app overnight has lost my thermostat, it just shows add product. The schedule is working and i can control it from google home so why does this happen and is it just a matter of adding it to the app

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Could you tell us the type of Nest thermostat you have? Did you make any changes to your thermostat settings? Do you have a family member that has access to your device? Also, what country are you located in?
