Nest Compatability?

Hi, I am having a hard time understanding if my thermostat system is compatible with the Nest. I have a picture here of the wiring and tried to recreate below so it's a little more clear. I'm particularly confused about the wires that are connected to multiple labels like "W1/E/W3" and "O/B/V3." Can anyone advise???

Thanks for posting here in the Community. Can you please help us on getting the  make and model of your unit? We need to determine if your unit is a heat pump system or just a regular heating and cooling system for the correct wiring configuration in the nest thermostat.

Usually there is a sticker on the side of your unit where you can find the model together with the brand.
