I have a schedule set for my thermometer with a low of 16.5c and a high of 20c. It’s cold at the moment 2-4c outside and my Nest doesn’t seem to be talking to my boiler. Yesterday, my history suggests it was ‘on’ for 23 hours. My radiators were stone cold for much of this time and the room temperature showed as low as 13. Today I reset the thermometer but although the radiators did come on they are lukewarm for hours and then become piping hot with no link to the set schedule. Do I have a faulty control? My boiler has recently been serviced within the last month and all radiators bled. I’m at a loss as to what to try next.

Hi GlobalNomad82,
Thanks for reaching out. I understand that your schedule is not being followed and your Google Nest thermostat shows incorrect activation of heating.
I am happy to assist you! Before I can help, I need to ask you a few questions to better understand the situation.
What type of Nest thermostat do you have?
When did the issue start?
What other strange symptoms have you experienced since the problem started?
Are there any error messages? If so, what are they exactly?
Is this a new installation?
I will be awaiting your response.
Regards,
Manuel
