Hi, I have a nest E thermostat and heatlink. It wasn't working so i did a fact reset on both. When i start to install the thermostat is fine, however, when i scan the heatlink to finish it says i need to first remove it from the app. However, I can't locate it.
I have another one set up upstairs and it works fine, however I can't see the heat link for it either. TIA
