Nest H74 error

Hi all, I am suffering H74 error code on my learning thermostat, not linking to the heat link. It even suggest to go to 'nest.com/H74' which does not exists. H74 does not exist on any site and support desk cannot give me appropriate help. Does any one knows what to do about this error? Everything just worked well until I did a complete reset to my Nest. Very annoying...

The solution was quite simple: instead of pushing button on heatlink for 10 seconds, you must push for at least 20 seconds. Stupid Nest support doesn’t know this. Good luck! Mark

thank you soo much! the url is indeed non existing and I was getting really frustrated as nothing seemed to work and even using the new heat link that came with my replacement thermostat was not doing anything while it went straight to blinking blue which should be the pairing mode... but indeed eventually when I resetted the heat link while the thermostat was connected wired, it just worked without issues on both wired and wireless mode!
