Nest HVAC monitoring not showing as a feature on my nest

I’ve read about hvac monitoring in the us, I live in Colorado and have a nest learning thermostat.  How do I activate the Hvac monitoring?  Model is display 3.6, backplate 5.4.  Software is 6.2-22

If you have an eligible Nest thermostat, you’re automatically opted into HVAC monitoring. Check out this link to know more about HVAC eligibility and requirements.
