Nest Heat Link

Afternoon everyone!

My Nest Heat Link doesn’t appear to be able to turn the HEATING on remotely or follow the presets.

I can do it by pressing the Heat Link button, but it will not work using either the thermostat or the app.

It does however turn the WATER on (ie this CAN be done via the thermostat or app).

we’ve had this set up for approx. 5 years! Never had a problem like this before.
