Hello Nest Thermostat users,
Here is a possible good advice if you experience Nest Thermostat problems. My heat link module stopped, out of warranty. Then contacted the Google Nest Support via the following URL: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp?hl=en Then enter the questions and start a chat. An employee will then ask your follow -up diagnosis. However, we did not get the heatlink working. The Support Engineer sent me a link by mail where you have to return 2 photos. One of the device itself and 1 of the environment to which you connected the Heatlink. The technical service will then decide whether you will receive another Heatlink. Within a day I received a positive response with the request to send the defekte Heatlink free of charge. Within 3, I received a completely new heatlink sent home. Take advantage of it.
