Nest Keeps Increasing My Scheduled Temperature

jones4783

We keep our Nest scheduled to cool to 24 degrees Celsius during summer days. However, this summer our Nest insists on increasing this temperature by 0.5 degrees. I have checked all my settings to turn off any feature that might trigger this behaviour, to no avail. Can anybody out there tell me how to get rid of this annoying habit without having to manually turn down the thermostat every time this happens?

For Garrett - I responded to yesterday's message from you this morning, but you had already shut down my message thread. Like I said above, I've tried killing every feature on my Nest that might have to do with applying it's "learning", but it continues to increase the temperature by 0.5 degrees. I'm still here - any help at all is appreciated!

Hi Jake,

Now that we're into the heating season, the Nest is sticking to our scheduled temperatures. However, it was still acting up at the end of the cooling season. I'll contact you guys again next spring/summer if it keeps wanting to increase our cooling temp by half a degree Celsius.
