Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Gen Beeping

We just back from 10 days being away from home and came back to our Nest Learning Thermostat beeping/chirping once every about 45 seconds. We tried to factory reset the thermostat and cleared our filter reminder, but nothing worked. Any idea how to resolve this?
