I am running through the initial setup on the Nest app, and after I put in the Serial, I am asked to put in, what I can only assume, is the Bluetooth code displayed on the Thermostat. This never appears within the app, regardless of where I place my phone.
Bluetooth has been restarted, setup has been restarted, app has been restarted, thermostat has been unplugged and reset. Nothing is working. The app just searches as long as I care to stand there.
