Nest Learning Thermostat Existing Wires Compatibility

R,G,Y,C,O,W/E wires were connected to old thermostat. Black and Brown were not attached and cut off.

@BloodkrackeR, this looks like you have a HeatPump with Auxiliary Heating. You will need a Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Generation.  Alternatively you can purchase a Nest Learning 4th Generation thermostat.
