I have a Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd gen) and I set my temperature to 77(F) but the temp on my thermostat reads 70F and "in 1 1/2 hours" it does NOT go past 71F. No C wire is connected, heating system ia 2 yrs old and was serviced this fall, air filter replaced. the furnace blows warm air. Why won't it get to the temp I set for it? Wires at W-1 (white Heat) Y1 (cool Yellow)G (green Fan) Rc (red Power) All other settings are off like Home Away etc.
10 degrees and snow in Missouri. Please help!

Hi katee314,
Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. We're sorry for any trouble this may have caused you. Let's see what's going on. Gather power readings from your Nest Learning Thermostat. Follow the steps below:
Also, if I may ask, do you have a thermometer? If so, send us a photo of the Nest Thermostat right beside the thermometer.
After you send us a photo, reset the Nest Thermostat to factory settings. You can follow the steps below:
Once done, go to the Nest app and pair the Nest Learning Thermostat with your desired account.
Keep us posted.
Best,
Renz
