I had a company install two Nest Learning Thermostats in my home in December 2022. One is upstairs and one is downstairs. The thermostat downstairs stopped connecting to Wi-Fi. I went through all of the troubleshooting steps and could never get it to work. I had the schedule set and I could still adjust it manually so it wasn't that big of a deal. After a few months, it stopped working altogether. I noticed when my house became very warm. My solution was to swap the locations of the thermostats because the one upstairs still worked and we spend most of our time downstairs. I finally got around to calling tech support and that was an awful experience. Should I just find a different brand? I don't know how to resolve the issue if there is nobody at Google who is able to help.
