Nest Learning Thermostat Takes Too Long To Cycle

TomDiRensselaer

The Nest Learning thermostat was installed 12/17/2021. Temperature is set to 75. The temperature becomes uncomfortably cool and then the furnace goes on for 10 - 15 minutes and lt gets uncomfortably warm. I think it should go on and off within a tighter temperature range. The firmware should be tweakable by the end user. I will be contacting my gas service provider National Grid to see if they can intervene. My mom Is 103 and the temperatue swing is unacceptable. If they cannot help I will contact an attorney to discuss the possibility of a class action lawsuit.

I have the same issue.  It seems pretty dumb that a "smart" thermostat can't be adjust for those irritating cycles.  Would Google/ please respond to this pervasive problem!
