Nest Learning Thermostat yellow light

I have installed the nest but it will not activate. I get a steady yellow light on top of display. It is a easy install with only 4 wires, Red, Green, White, and Yellow. Appreciate any help. Thanks

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. If your Nest Learning Thermostat isn't turning on, I suggest charging it for at least an hour using a micro USB charger. Please let me know how it goes. You can also visit this support article for your reference.
