Nest Learning Thermostat

I see that others are having a problem with nest theromstat wifi connectivity. Mine went off line this morning. Ive tried all the recommended fixes, but none works. Just wondering if any other useres have received a fix for the issue.

My internet went down 3 weeks ago and now I can’t reconnect my thermostat, doorbell camera and two outside cameras.

@Gooseygirl, is your Nest Thermostat able to see networks but couldn't connect or it can’t detect any network? What message or code do you have on the thermostat?
 

@Mscaroline, what messages or code do you get when you're trying to reconnect your Nest devices to your network? Could you please identify if there's a short range interference such as: Cordless phones, Bluetooth devices, and baby monitors.Other Wi-Fi devices, older microwave ovens, large electrical loads: motors, heaters, and fluorescent lighting?
