Nest Learning Thermostat

I’m trying to add my installed Nest Learning Thermostat to the app.  This is my 2nd Nest and I was able to add the last one without an issue.  I go through the set up process (network connects, etc) and I get to the “Location of Thermostat” page and I can’t do anything.  I can’t pick a room, “X” out of the page, or use the back arrow.  I have to close the page by swiping up.  I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled the app, I’ve turn my phone off and on, I continue to get an “Incomplete”  on the Nest screen.  Is there a help desk to call that will walk me through this?

To reach Support, you need to start with the link below. When you get to the "Resources" page, click "Next step" without selecting any of the Help alternatives, in order to get to the page with the contact options (chat or phone).

I’ve tried this suggestion and it will not let me continue when I leave the “Help Needed” option blank.  It will not let me click Next and move forward.  

IF ANYONE KNOWS THIS SECRET PHONE NUMBER, PLEASE POST IT TO ME.

On the page that says "What can we help with?", you need to enter something in "Tell us what we can help with?" and you need to select something under "Choose the best description of this issue". That enables "Next step".

Then, as I said, on the next page, the "Resources" page, just click on "Next step" without selecting any of the Help topics.
