Nest Learning Thermostat

Nest Learning Thermostat won’t hold battery charge. Goes offline continually. Charge and then it works for 24-48 hours or so. Any solutions?  New unit perhaps needed?  Worried that at some point it will also quit working manually on the wall.

  2. Make sure your Nest Thermostat has the latest software update. Updates often include bug fixes and improvements that could address the problems you're facing.
  3. Try resetting your thermostat and reconnecting it to your Wi-Fi network. Sometimes, this simple step can resolve connectivity issues.
  4. Gather the power readings in the Technical Info settings. This would help us determine if this is a power-related issue.
  5. Check for any wiring report or message code that would tell us about any specific areas to be inspected.
