I replaced my iPad mini and the software transferred over, but is not synched to the already installed thermostat. I can’t add the thermostat since the bar code is on the rear of the thermostat and I don’t want to yank it off the wall. Alternatively I am asked for the ‘entry key’, but when I follow the instructions to get to the key the thermostat says it’s already installed, no entry key is displayed.
How do I synch the thermostat to the software?
