I purchased a Nest Thermostat to control a 3 zone (valve) boiler. My thermostat wires are a R and W. The R wire is 24 volts. I purchased the Nest Power Connector to provide a C wire. I connected my thermostat wiring R wire and W wires the R and W on the connector. I wired the R,W,&C wires from the connector to the R,W& C ports on the nest wall adaptor socket.
On setup the R & C wires are recognized but the W wire is not. I made sure that the connections are tight. I measured the voltages from the connector and the R to C was 25 volts. The R to W is variable from 6 volts to 1.
What do I need to do as the setup terminates?
