You should have a bold front and center opt-out style question during set up for enrolling in this program to CAUTION people about risks. You are waiting for a lawsuit when someone dies-- either an animal companion or a disabled or elderly person with no/low mobility who does not have a phone connected to Google Home ends up sitting inside of a home where temps can rise. Especially in climates with high heat and/or humidity, dogs (especially older dogs!) and elder adults are extremely vulnerable to heat exhaustion and heat stroke (which can be lethal).
