Hello- my nest thermostat died last week, but does not show any error code. How do I go about getting a replacement.

@NestHunter , If your Nest thermostat has indeed died, you have a 1-year warranty period from date of purchase to claim a warranty replacement.  If you choose and paid for a Nest Pro Installation you will have a 3-year warranty period.
