Your help desk doesn't listen to the customer. I could not remove the G wire. They told me to get a technician. I did. My furnace is fine. Now calling back they want ME to remove the G wire?????????????????? when the reason I had to pay a technician was because I cannot remove it........I want refunded for the POS thermostats. I should have quit at #3!!!!!! And you want people to go with google fiiber????? The thermostat doesn't connect for you to do any kind of troubleshooting. It has G on the screen and a little green flashing light... I'M so DONE!!!!!
