Nest Thermostat 3rd gen not snapping to back plate

All of a sudden I cannot snap my thermostat to its backplate. I have a total of 3 thermostats, and all of a sudden I can not get this unit to snap on. Looks like one of the little clips on the inside of the thermostat, is this replaceable?
