The instructions for 'Only Heat' are misleading. You need the Nest Power Connector, that they don't mention it anywhere. The installer that they provide refuse to install it, if you have already unboxed it. Again, they do not mention it anywhere. You are responsible for hiring the HVAC contractor to install it, without it, the Thermostat is in the Learning state and the heater furnace and the fan never gets turned on. The help desk folks basically shut you down. Typical 'Customer No Service' attitude.
I don;t know how well the product will work, the first generation that is now unsupported worked just fine.
I would stay away from this product and like to see some retribution to the unprofessional so called HELP Desk.

Did you use the Compatibility Checker to ensure your current thermostat would work?
Which installer were you told to use that refused to install it?

The company that refused to complete the installation was, Safe streets.
They were referred by the help desk.

The instructions miss the Nest Power Connector requirement. Without it, the heater won’t work. Installers and help desk won’t help. I don’t recommend this product.
