Hello,
I am moving to a new place and the current system is wired with W3, O, Y, E, C, G, and R (pictured below). I used the online compatibility checker, and it said it is compatible with 3rd and 4th gen Nest Learning Thermostat. However, I only have a standard Nest Thermostat.
Would this wire setup still be compatible with a normal Nest Thermostat? Thanks!

No, it is not compatible with the Google Nest Thermostat (mirrored display) or the Nest Thermostat E.
Those thermostats can only support 6 wires system and yours have 7 seven wires.
I you don't use the E wire which is for Emergency heat, then it will be compatible with all Nest thermostats
If you never use the Emergency Heat option then not connecting might be a good choice.
